Since our founding in 1932, we have inherited the spirit of Japan's manufacturing and the skills of craftsmanship. With that at its core, it is our mission to create the highest quality soccer cleats that snuggle up to each athlete's feet.

2. 6 Action Guidelines

In order to respond to the trust of our customers, we will set the following six guidelines and thoroughly implement them in our daily business activities.

  We comply with domestic and international safety standards (JIS, etc.) throughout the entire process, from planning to sales, so that customers can concentrate on playing with peace of mind. Not only that, but YASUDA has established its own strict safety standards and pursues thorough them.
• Exceptional quality through the fusion of craftsmanship and innovation
  Inheriting the knowledge and technology of craftsmen cultivated over many years, we integrate the latest technology. We create products of exceptional quality that are uncompromising in terms of fit, durability, and functionality.
• Continue to evolve with our customers
  From professional players to students who work hard in club activities and everyone who enjoys soccer, we take customer feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our products and services.
• Even in the event of an emergency, sincere and prompt
  In the event of any inquiries about products or quality problems, we will provide information and respond in good faith, promptly and accurately, and make every effort to minimize the disadvantage to customers.
• Thanking the Earth for the Blessings of the Earth and Connecting to the Future (Sustainability)
  The kangaroo leather used in YASUDA's spikes is sourced exclusively from those caught under the Australian Government's strict management plan to maintain ecosystems and prevent agricultural damage. We will sublimate this precious natural resource into products with the best technology, and strive to make effective use of resources and coexist with nature.

3. Mechanism that supports YASUDA's quality

In order to ensure the implementation of the policies we have set forth, we have established and operated a strict quality assurance system under the supervision of the Representative Director.

• Quality Assurance Promotion System
  We appoint a "Quality Assurance Manager" and preside over the "Quality Assurance Committee" that crosses each department, from design to customer consultation. As a result, we have established a system that allows us to quickly implement measures to deliberate on important matters related to quality and prevent the recurrence of problems.
• Until the product reaches the customer
  From planning to after-sales service, we carry out strict quality assurance activities in each process.

  We will always aim for heights by continuing to run the PDCA cycle of quality goals (Plan), execution (Do), evaluation (Check), and improvement (Act). In addition, we provide continuous quality education to all employees to raise quality awareness throughout the organization.
