（４）一新したスパイクのソールと木型について

「Ligaresta（リガレスタ）」シリーズになっての変更点をご紹介しているのですが、

今回は、【２】金型と木型、についてのご紹介です。

金型と木型とは？

金型とは、スパイクのソールを作るための型のことです。

↑コレが金型。

「Ligaresta（リガレスタ）」から、ソールの成型とアッパーの接着方法を変更したので、

"The molds I used up to now cannot be used as they are."

Partners for renewing molds and wooden molds

「新しくしました」と言うのは簡単ですが、この金型と木型については最もこだわった部分で、今回は、スパイクの監修に強力なパートナーを迎えることができました。

具体的なスパイクの名称はお伝えできないのですが、1980年代に発売された、とあるメーカーの、トップモデルスパイクシューズの初代開発に関わった担当者です。。

クラウドファンディングでの復刻以降、様々な方のご支援やご協力をいただいていく中で生まれた多くの出会いから、素晴らしいご縁があり、「Ligaresta（リガレスタ）」シリーズのすべてのシューズの監修をしていただいています。

YASUDA史上、スパイクシューズ史上で、最高のものを作ろう！という共通の考えのもと、検討や試作を重ね辿り着いた金型と木型を作ることができました。

About new mold

First of all, about the mold that is the shape of the sole.

基本的にはダイレクトインジェクションで製造していた、復刻のソールを忠実に継承することを心がけながら改良を加えました。

13本のスタッド構成は変わっていませんが、具体的な変更点としては、

-Change the angle of the toe stud

・Move the stud on the inside of the forefoot in the direction of the heel in millimeters.

・Move the stud on the heel by a few millimeters

など、スタッドポジションの調整をしました。

Not only that, but the stud top point area has been slightly reduced.

As a result, it is possible to adapt to various conditions of the court, and at the same time, it is easier to step on, step on, and run, improving the efficiency of performance.

いずれも、緻密な計算と、試作品でのテストと改良を繰り返したどり着いた、最高のソールになっています。

About new wood pattern

これまで使用してきた木型は大袈裟に言えば「十数年以上まえの日本人の足に合わせた木型」という状況です。

時間がたった今、人の足の形は変わっていますし、サッカーのプレースタイルも進化しているわけなので、そういった観点からも設計をしなおしました。
